Damon Malick

Damon delivered amazing results for us! This was an estate sale so we received a formal appraisal, and Damon negotiated $120k more than the appraised value! Always quick responses, thorough, helpful service with referrals to prep the property. All the bases covered. I would recommend Damon to anyone. Awesome job!

If there is any such thing as a perfect realtor -Damon would be it. He was hard working, knowledgeable, creative in his approach to finding homes, as well as responsive to all of our questions. Highly Recommended!

Damon was extremely professional and responsive. We needed quick help and Damon was fast to respond to all my inquiries, he sold my home in 12 days with multiple offers and was patient in helping us find a new home. I highly recommend him to all who ask me if I know a realtor.

Damon is a dedicated professional. I met him at an open house and was impressed with how I was treated. His endless dedication to getting my property sold was also very impressive. His personality is perfect for this business. His communication skills are the best and he treated my property with care, always leaving it in perfect condition after an open house. I recommend him very highly and would hire him again should the occasion arise.
