Damon was everything we could have asked for in a realtor. We decided to buy in 2020, which was difficult enough as it is let alone with Covid restrictions in place. He was able to get us in to see all of the houses we wanted to see in a timely manner, and when I randomly found one online he was able to work his magic and get us in that day (which was very difficult given restrictions at the time). It ended up being the house we bought so we’re very thankful that! He was super helpful and knowledgeable when we were trying to figure out what to offer, what to expect for a counter offer, different things to check and look for as far as inspections and appraisals, etc. His communication with us as well as with the seller was always fast and efficient, and the whole process was pretty painless. He negotiated with the buyers agent to get us the best possible outcome. He was in touch with us throughout the entire process keeping us informed as to the progress of the transaction.
