He helped me find a person to re-build my entire fence, redo my roofing, replace my entire bathroom, and it saved me a lot of money. He bought me a brand-new fridge once the house was bought. Cleaned the entire house etc etc. He did not allow anyone to bully me into a price that he did not think was fair. Just a super good dude and wicked intelligent.
