Damla was extremely patient with me and my wife during our vacation/business trip at Tampa and exceeded our expectations and took her time and showed us all the properties/developments we were interested and more. In our short trip, thanks to Damla, we found our property, made our decision, and a made a very satisfying offer based on Damla's recommendations and experience and more importantly our offer was accepted and that even surprised us! Her invaluable assistance became even more significant after we came back to New jersey and realized that the builder had quite a few restrictions on the contract that we were not fully aware of and were not consistent with the offer we made.
