The condo I wanted to sell was built in the 70s and needed a lot of updates which I couldn’t afford, but Damika pointed out all of the positive things about my condo and convinced me that she would have no problem selling it after some small repairs. I greatly appreciate her positive attitude and her help in coordinating with contractors to get the needed repairs done as I live out of town.
