Damian was an absolute joy to work with especially as a new home buyer. He was active in sending us openings, and even encouraged us to look on our own, and refer those properties to him, if we wanted to help out. Any of the homes we found, he would give us the details for, and if a home option had any "iffy" conditions he would always advise us of any of the possibilities. Things like an extra room that had not been recorded, and little "deals" that sellers make solely to get someone to buy a home, even though it was not advantageous to the buyer. As we were first time buyers and had a child on the way, he understood the importance of my husband and I finding a home before my baby was due, and was successful in doing so. He mainly works in Miami Dade, and we were looking in Broward which is the ONLY reason I rated him average in his local knowledge, but that did not stop him from getting acquainted with areas. If we happened to choose a house to look at in a location that we previously had not favored, he was quick to remind us that we had not approved of the area. He was considerate in the properties he showed us, advising us when a property may have been a waste of time, or money, without giving us the unpleasant feeling of, or treating us like we were "just another commission." As a first time home buyer, that meant the world to us, and I would definitely use him again in our next property buying venture. I have recommended, and will continue to recommend him for as LONG AS HE'S AROUND!
