My experience working with Damian has been great. As a 1st Time home buyer I had many questions and concerns and he was there to help me every step of the way and all the way to the end of he process. He is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I could not have asked for a more delightful person to work with.

Damian was wonderful to work with and helped us throughout the entire process of getting our new home even though it was a foreclosure. He was able to get answers to all of our questions, would answer our calls and messages even at odd hours, and even went out of his way to make sure every step of the process went as smoothly as possible. Damian helped my wife and I find our first house. We found him on Zillow and connected quickly. At first meeting he was very personable and I could tell he wasn’t just trying to sell us any old house. He has always been very real with the process and wouldn’t hide anything from us. In meeting With Damian before we even started the process, he explained that his job is more service than sales. He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of home construction/repairs and the local wny market. Every time we viewed a new property Damian would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. He become well verse with what I was looking for where he knew how to select certain home that I would be interested in. He also led me n through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price and Additional items I wanted and was were comfortable with. In the end Damian helped me finf my first house that I look to turn into a home.
