We had almost decided on a realtor to sell our home, but based on a recommendation of a friend, agreed to interview Dameika. Best decision ever. As I considering how to describe Dameika, I must laugh because Alicia Keyes singing, "Girl On Fire'" keeps running through my mind. Dameika SO embodies the spirit of that song. Strong, confident, intelligent, knowledgeable, and honest. She loves her career, and it shows. From beginning to end she was on top of things and never dropped the ball. She did an excellent job pricing and marketing our home, as well as skillfully negotiating with buyer's agents. We were out of state much of the time our house was on the market, and she closely watched over our house in our absence. Before any showing by a buyer's agent she went to the house, turned on lights and music, made sure walkways were clear and that everything looked perfect. She followed up every showing with calls to the showing agent and to us. She had to deal with some difficult people during the process and I was impressed watching her handle these situations with tact, assertiveness, and good humor. She had an amazing number of excellent resources professionals to draw upon that we were quite happy with. Throughout our time working together we always felt she had our interests as her top priority. If you choose her as your agent, I am sure you will be as happy as we were. I predict this "girl" is going to be one of the top brokers in the area one day. She truly is ON FIRE!

I was referred to Dameika by a friend, but we had never met. I was immediately impressed with her real estate knowledge, and particularly her familiarity with the local market. We interviewed other agents but she was the obvious choice. My wife and I were out of town most of the time after we listed our home with Dameika; and she kept an eye on our home for us. In fact she was able to catch at least two significant water leak issues that would have caused major damage had they continued. She also recommended and monitored contractors that remedied the issues while we were gone. She also recommended and monitored other contractors that addressed repair issues that were identified during the home inspection. She remained available and very responsive when we had any questions or needed information. Dameika went WELL above our expectations when seeking a qualified and professional real estate agent. I would highly recommend Dameika to anyone seeking an honest and hard-working agent.

The cumbersome paperwork and legal process was really simplified with her help. Weeks after closing we had some issues pop up with the old home, she always answered our calls and helped us navigate anything we needed long past our sale/purchase. Dameika performed admirably! She thoroughly investigated every house we sent her and provided us with pros and disadvantages. She also located a home that met all of our requirements. She communicated with our mortgage loaner and made arrangements with our budget when it came time to negotiate. In addition to providing us with the resources she could provide to complete the tests required for closing. She did everything in her power to make the process stress-free. I forgot to mention, if there were any problems withing the process, she would act immediately to uncover the root of them. Honest to God I have never met a better realtor than Dameika. I wish we could rate Dameika with more than 5 stars because honestly when it comes to professionalism, knowledge of her trade, manners, beauty and just being friendly as a whole this girl knocks it out of the park. Dameika never once had to ask a question she didint know the answer too relating to our real estate experience which was buying our first home.
