We’ve casually worked with DaMeika for years. She started out showing us homes for sale about 3 years ago. We were in a comfortable spot where if the perfect opportunity came about we’d jump on it, but no pressure. DaMeika took diligent notes on what we were looking for and always kept us in mind when something new was coming on the market that might fit our needs. Fast forward to needing to sell our home there was no other option than to bring DaMeika in as our listing agent. We were told to expect 5-6 months on market. We were sold in about 2 months.
