My experience with Dalton was outstanding. we started off searching for vacation condos, where Dalton made sure the listings were tailored to my needs, and kept in close contact. After a few weeks I decided to find a vacant lot for a future build site. Dalton made multiple trips out to the area, where he filmed, photographed, and used Facetime to make certain I was familiar, not only with the different properties we were looking at, but the area in general and its surroundings. After many miles, and answering all my questions, we found the perfect property. Being thousands of miles away from Florida and never seeing the properties myself, it was Daltons attention to detail and passionate patient people skills that made such a difference. Dalton treats his clients like family and makes sure their needs are met. I look forward to future dealings with Dalton King, and would recommend his services to anyone without hesitation.
