My mother and I were so thankful to have Dalphanie as our agent. I was selling my mother's house remotely, and she went above and beyond to help me through the process. We had a buyer within a week of listing the house through her! She was very responsive throughout the entire deal and even helped us find local contractors in order to complete inspection recommendations. Couldn't have done it without her.
