We have an old house in Castro Valley. Dallas gave us great ideas how to remodel to add value to it. After I moved out, everything was in mass. He told me to leave everything behind. His team took a few weeks to clean, paint, repair, decorate the house. The house looks much more beautiful than it was and my wife even said she regretted to sell the house. After one day open house, the house was sold and closed escrow within 2 weeks.
