About Dallas

Born and raised in the Hendersonville area, Dallas is a proud Western North Carolina native with deep roots in the communities he serves. His passion for real estate and development began at an early age, working alongside his father on construction sites throughout the region. Learning directly from a builder and developer who constructed more than 300 custom homes and developed multiple subdivisions, Dallas gained firsthand knowledge of home construction and land development. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a concentration in Land Development Planning from UNC Charlotte before returning to Western North Carolina to begin his engineering career. Dallas worked as an AutoCAD technician for a civil engineering firm, later joining AMEC Foster Wheeler, where he gained experience in engineering and third-party inspections. He also served as an engineering project manager for Duke Energy, further expanding his technical expertise. Since entering real estate in 2017, Dallas has consistently ranked among the top producers in the Western North Carolina market. He specializes in land, luxury homes, and residential real estate, serving clients throughout Henderson, Transylvania, Buncombe, Polk, and Rutherford counties. Today, Dallas combines his lifelong construction experience, engineering background, and in-depth local market knowledge to provide clients with a unique perspective. Whether helping buyers, sellers, or investors, he is committed to delivering professional guidance, honest advice, and exceptional results throughout every stage of the real estate process.
