About Dallas

I am a native of Western North Carolina - born and raised in the Hendersonville area. The journey down my career path started as a young boy, cleaning up debris from my father's construction sites. As I began to grow so did my roles and responsibilities. It didn't take long before I had a hammer and a shovel in my hand. Throughout grade school, I was mentored by my father, a man who has built over 300 custom homes and developed multiple subdivisions in and around our area. My father operated a highly successful business for over 43 years and just recently retired in 2023. Even to this day I still lean on his expertise. After high school, I attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where I earned my bachelor of science degree in civil and environmental engineering with a concentration in land development planning. Upon graduating college, I relocated back to the mountains of NC, which is a place I will forever call home. I began my engineering career in Asheville, NC operating as an AutoCAD technician for a civil and environmental engineering company. That first job opened other doors that expanded my horizons, allowing me to gain access to a magnitude of different work-related experiences. I gained extensive insight into the design and construction phases of residential, commercial, and industrial infrastructure. The cumulative blend of my education and life experiences has laid a solid foundation on which I have built my real estate career which all began in 2017. Ducote Property Group prides itself in providing continued excellent customer service. Before switching to RE/MAX Results in March of 2024, I was awarded the #1 individual agent in the Hendersonville Keller Williams office for 2021, 2022, and 2023. We are proud to say that as our business continues to grow, the personal relationships with clients and prioritizing them as #1 has never faltered.
