Dallas! where do I start! she is an incredible and special human being! she was patient, caring, and kind throughout my whole first time home buying process. she reassured me with all my fears, especially because I was purchasing a home on my own and she went above and beyond for me. I could send her a listing that just popped up, and we would go see it that night, she makes things happen! Dallas was highly responsive to phone calls and texts and absolutely will go out of her way for you and be your advocate. she is extremely honest and really wants to get to know her home buyer and their needs, and wants to make their home owning dreams come true. I truly have never met such a sweet and genuine person. Dallas was just as excited as I was at closing and she made the whole process comfortable, fun, and exciting! I highly recommend her!

Dallas was very helpful and did a good job negotiating with the seller. I got a good below-market-value price and also got the seller to fix a bunch of stuff too. Would recommend!

We didn't know Dallas prior to our home buying experience, but after our first viewing you would've thought we were family. From the start, Dallas showed a warmth and understanding that alleviated many of the concerns we had about working with an agent. We must've seen two dozen properties over half a year and she was never pushy, never late, and extremely receptive to what we were looking for, while always remaining patient and understanding.Dallas' knowledge of the construction of homes helped us in avoiding some potentially disastrous properties. Her general understanding of the real estate market and specific neighborhoods was a great asset when it came time to making offers. She often developed a great rapport with the seller and seller agents which further aided us in making offers below or above market value. We can't recommend Dallas any more highly. The warm smile she presents underlies the tenacity to which she'll fight for you. We wouldn't have been able to find our dream home without her and we were extremely fortunate to have lucked into her.
