BEST EVER!!

At a difficult time for selling, Dale was incredible. She is so knowledgeable about the whole process - from marketing expertise to dealing with slightly difficult buyers and needed negotiations to the smooth process of closing. This is the second house Dale has sold for me, and I wouldn't consider anyone else. My sale was important to me for a multitude of reasons and when you know you have the best, while settle for any less. Could not recommend any stronger or better realtor.
