I hired Ms. Dale Verger to sell my Mum's house in Medford. She had stumbled onto the house by learning of the potential listing while showing a neighboring house. She brought me an unsolicited offer with no listing agreement. I accepted her client's offer, but financing failed. Dale then offered to sell Mum's house, but I was reluctant because Dale worked out of Ashland, not Medford. I should not have been reluctant. Dale was a first class representing realtor. Within a week of listing, she had the house sold with a full price cash offer. She was diligent. She was always prompt. She was extremely responsive via text, email and telecon. She knew the market. She was always direct and honest, while at the same time diplomatic. Her natural sweetness, yet firmness, showed through every time we interacted.
