Dale's skill in developing my goals in purchasing my was outstanding. She then prepared a schedule of visits to several different condo developments all within my criteria showing me broad choices. On the first day we saw the ultimate property thus giving me a base line for comparison. The condo was great but the development was even better. She expertly guided me to find the optimal condo. She aided me through the process of negotiating a purchase price that locked in the unit, led the entire inspection process all leading to a successful purchase. Her interpersonal skills are excellent and since I am an out of town buyer, she set aside all the time needed to learn about the area so I was able to make educated, smarter decisions. Dale has built up an impressive contacts finding excellent referrals for the inspection, work people to fix any issues and even an agent for the condo insurance.

We met Dale by chance and I can’t say enough about her and our experience. She was honest, thorough, hard working, and went above and beyond for us. Dale was always available day or night. Walked us through the entire process of our purchase which we bought sight unseen. I trusted her and the results were, we couldn’t be happier with our decision on both the property and our agent. I would recommend Dale to all our friends and family.

Dale stayed on top of everything and created a streamline process for us as buyers. Great sense of humor and dedicated to satisfying her customers
