A True Professional

My husband and I had the immense pleasure of working with Dale on buying our home here in the Coachella Valley. From start to finish, working with him was a dream. The first couple of times we came down to house hunt, he provided us with numerous listings to choose from, and was always patient, professional and thoughtful with what he sent us. Each home had a description that he personalized with the ins and outs of the architecture, neighborhood or home. Whenever we had questions about a listing or area, you name it, he always had the back story and knew the logistics of each part of town. He was supportive, never pushy and very quickly figured out what we were looking for and constantly provided us with information that made the process so seamless. Perhaps even more importantly, once we had purchased our home, he acted as our representative and went above and beyond to represent our interests as we were unable to be here for the inspections and final walk-through, etc. He never quit looking out for our best interests, long after the sale was closed and finalized. He is a true professional and an exceptional human and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home here in the desert. We love our home so much, it's exactly what we dreamed of, and Dale made that possible.
