I have dealt with Dale for many years working with a roof company helping him get roof inspections when it came time to selling my house I definitely wanted Dale to do it. He was easy to deal with and did everything he could for me he even went extra steps to help me since I had moved out of town in the middle of my house being for sale Dale is a very pleasant person to deal with always easy to get a hold off. Never pushy and always was very helpful anytime I had questions or needed some thing else done to the house. I would definitely recommend him I have dealt with many realtors over the years but I have always found Dale to be the nicest he goes above and beyond to help you out. I would definitely use him again if I had to sell a house in Arizona
