Working with Dale was a blessing. After selling our home he then helped us find our new one. He was patient with my wife and I, who may or may not have been a little picky. He took time with us and was very knowledgeable on many different topics about home buying from financing to structural integrity of homes. He answered all our questions and didn't give up until we found our dream home. Dale helped me sell my home and purchase my new home. The first deal fell through (no fought of dale) and with in a week he had us under contract. He also went above and beyond to help me purchase my current home. Very impressed
