Absolute professional

Dale was extremely knowledgeable about the Katy market. We had not sold or bought a house in many years. He was very patient with us and thoroughly explained the process we would experience, without being condescending. We were impressed with his web presence and use of technology. We had read his monthly publication for years and were impressed with its content. We interviewed two other realtors (who we were sure were quite good), but Dale's 40 plus years selling houses in Katy won the day. We have no regrets using Dale's services and have already recommended him to some good friends selling their house.
