Dale was fabulous!

I contacted Dale about potentially selling a property that I inherited. Being out of state, I travelled down to Florida because I wanted to know more about the property and the community before I sold it. She answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly - it's obvious she knows the local area and the market through and through. And after I decided to sell the property, she was just fabulous, with suggestions on what I might do to improve the property's appeal, helped me get a very good price for the property, and steered me to good local businesses such as the title company to get the transaction done quickly and smoothly.
