Dale is a client of mine who I reached out to for help in finding a home. First, he made me do all this stuff with financials before I was allowed to excite myself with houses. He calls this traumatic period “Getting his ducks in a row”. Then once mine was sold to the right person at the right price, letting me stay for a little while I searched, then we started the hunt. I was able to annoy my agent day and night, with excitement or in hysterics, and he answered my questions every time. Then after the process was all over, I didn’t want to look at other houses online because I didn’t want to see what I was missing out on. But looking at them now, I realize what a great house and great deal I got and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
