Dale is low-key and easy to work with, AND also very knowledgeable and experienced in real estate AND gets the job done! We met Dale when selling my uncle's house in Livonia when our uncle passed. Dale's experience helped us decide on how to present the house for maximum profit. After that sale, knowing we were going to sell our house eventually we again used Dale's insight to help us decide which home improvements that would provide us with the greater return on investment (sale price). Dale became our "Real Estate Consultant". When time came, we listed our house with Dale's agency. Dale advised us to price our house $15K more than what I was expecting. Dale had our house sold within a week.
