Seller Agent: I hired Dale to sell my single family 3/2 home in Pleasant Hill, CA that also had a solar PPA lien on the property. He did a masterful job of communicating what the minimum work would be needed, in terms of fixes, repairs, etc, to get the house ready to sell relative to the current state of the housing market. He is very responsive to any questions, no matter how small or trivial, throughout the whole selling process. If there is a challenge along the selling process, he deals with it appropriately and in a very calm demeanor.
