This review has been updated as of 01.05.19 after our third property purchase and sale with Dale and are still receiving the same high level of customer service. Working with Dale Brandon has been an absolute pleasure! The best experience I have ever had with a Realtor hands down! He has a client for Life. I am a local business owner and have bought several rental, business and personal properties. I never came across a realtor that has given me the feeling that my best interest were being looked after until I met Dale Brandon. From start to finish the level of communication was stellar. All of my questions were addressed in a matter of hours. He always went the extra mile to make sure we were completely satisfied. My wife and i never felt pushed into purchasing a house. He spent countless hours making arrangements to looks at properties until we found the perfect home. The entire process went as smooth as silk from looking at home to the closing. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Brandon. I will be sure to let anyone I know that is in the market for a new home or selling their current home about his top of the line service!
