I’m one of the many Californians who needed some guidance moving to Las Vegas/Henderson. Dale is great because he takes his time to go out to many new build communities, learn about them, and records/posts YouTube videos that are very detailed/informative. That’s how I found about him. I contacted Dale and he was ready to help get me out here. From day one he was communicative, reached out to give me updates, and made sure all of my questions got answered. The most important thing for me is that I never felt intimidated or pressured in our communication. He was patient and there were never any dumb questions, even though I probably asked a lot of them. Dale was there at every meeting, contract signing, walk through, and closing to make sure I felt comfortable. He took care of negotiations and I didn’t have to stress out about any of that. I will recommend Dale to anyone looking to move out here to Vegas/Henderson.
