This was my first experience selling a home and Dakota was very excited to help me through this . He went above and beyond to incorporate my chickens into the marketing of the home. I did not sell the chickens with the home but he made a “would be chicken interest” part of the attraction to the home. He made a fun video for it. He always was within reach at anytime I had questions, I could count on him to reach out with any hiccups to keep the process on track. No disappointment with this wonderful man.
