I couldn't imagine working with anyone else! As a first time home-buyer Dakoda was able to navigate and assist me throughout the entire process answering any questions I had. He made the process so smooth even in this unpredictable / insane market. Dakoda went above and beyond in ensuring I was able to call the house I made an offer on, my home. It was because of his hard work ethic and persistence that the seller chose to accept my offer, even with multiple other offers well above mine!! In this market that is almost impossible to do, and Dakoda was able to make it happen for me. Dakoda's market knowledge and responsiveness was excellent. I toured a home on a Thursday, put an offer in on Saturday and we were in escrow by Monday! He was extremely helpful for any questions throughout and guided me through everything from start to finish and thereafter.

He was very helpful with his knowledge of the neighborhood, being able to give us an accurate assessment of our new home in relation to the surrounding properties, as well as fulfilling his role as the point of contact between my fiancé and I and the seller/ sellers agent.
