Daiva Mockaitis sold my lakefront home at a time when the market was not so responsive to a certain cross-section of people whose interest level may have been high for such properties, but perhaps who had no real appreciation of what lakefront Michigan property was worth. She showed an instinct in attracting the right people to show the house and to skillfully present its unique qualities to prospective buyers in a way that is a genuine, smart, and buyer centered. She sold the home for a fair price--one that was suitable to both buyer and seller. In turn, I believe she has helped raise awareness (and home values) on the lakefront for all homeowners and what a fair price might truly for both buyer and seller. Always responsive to my questions and naturally communicative, well educated and emotionally intelligent--yes--I recommend her highly.
