Daira helped the reviewer buy this property

Patient & communicative problem solver, upholding integrity and providing attention to detail.

Daira was very patient while helping me find and offer on a home which I appreciated very much as I had certain criteria the home had to have for me to purchase and was a first time home buyer. She also provided excellent advice and referrals to experts while I had the home evaluated for a counter offer. She was very communicative with not only myself the buyer but al all my lender, inspector and the whole team involved. Daira also displayed the tenacity and go getter attitude I looked for in my realtor agent as I wanted my realtor to vouch for my needs and negotiate intelligently. She is an awesome listener and did not only take care of me through the whole process, but also has helped me out after closing the deal and starting the process of living in a new home. She always made me feel completely taken care of, she goes above and beyond, got back to me quickly with a response no matter the time or day. She is focused, driven and passionate about her work and that was proven irrefutably to me all through out my home purchase.
