As first time home buyers, Daina was extremely helpful and very patient with all of our questions. She was honest about the pros and cons of the homes we were interested in, making sure we would find the best house for our needs. We greatly appreciated how attentive and knowledgeable she was about repairs, construction, and general house maintenance. For example, the house we were in contract with needed an A/C repair. Daina pinpointed the potential problem, and immediately put us in contact with a repairman for an estimate. Her guess on the potential diagnosis and cost turned out to be extremely accurate. We had thoughts of withdrawing from our contract with a rather difficult seller, and I was so grateful to have Daina there to lead us! She was beyond communicative throughout the whole process. She never once made us feel pressured or rushed to decide, despite us asking to see many other houses. She always defended and fought for us throughout negotiations with the difficult seller, to ensure we had ample time to make our decision. Ultimately, she got us the best deal on our house! She was very knowledgeable and made the process as quick and easy as possible! She knew what houses would work best for us and showed us a lot of great options. She knew a lot about VA loans (what we were using) and helped us find the best home that would fit those requirements.
