Daina pinpointed the potential problem, and immediately put us in contact with a repairman for an estimate. Her guess on the potential diagnosis and cost turned out to be extremely accurate. We had thoughts of withdrawing from our contract with a rather difficult seller, and I was so grateful to have Daina there to lead us! She was beyond communicative throughout the whole process. She never once made us feel pressured or rushed to decide, despite us asking to see many other houses. She always defended and fought for us throughout negotiations with the difficult seller, to ensure we had ample time to make our decision. Ultimately, she got us the best deal on our house!
