We live out of state and needed to sell a rental property. Daina was our first and only call! She helped with our tenants moving out of the property and then got to work to get our home ready to sell. Daina handled everything for us. She dealt with the contractor who was doing painting and repairs and gathered quotes from landscapers. She had our best interests at heart and saved us money in the process because she knew what we did and didn't need to do in order to get our home on the market. She then worked with the stager to put the finishing touches inside to make our home look amazing in the photographs and video. We couldn't believe it was the same house. We had an offer in less than a week and the house closed in 30 days. Besides being an absolute expert in real estate, she also a really nice person! She was available to us with any questions and very patient. We wouldn't use anyone else!
