Very pleased with the overall experience having Dagmar Kubes as my realtor.

From my initial meeting with Dagmar I felt she had the knowledge and experience of selling homes in my neighborhood from a Realtors perspective. She led me through all necessary steps from the listing to the closing. Her professionalism in researching and finding contractors that would be needed to perform the inspections was wonderful. Her communication in keeping me aware of the certain deadlines that needed to be met for the final closing date was perfect. During all of this any questions that I had she was always available to ask and would help in getting them answered. Her sweet nature and kindness was much appreciated as at times it got a bit overwhelming during the process of selling. Now that it is behind me I look back and realize how much easier it was with her as a part of my team. I would certainly recommend her for anyone buying or selling here in the Berkshires. Thank you
