We recently listed, sold, and purchased our homes through Property Collective, and Daan and his team were fantastic to work with. The entire process from start to finish was straightforward and simple. Both Daan and Shane (the buyer's agent), really listened to what we wanted and needed out of both the sale of our former home, and purchase of our new home. Daan and his team were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire selling process. After several showings and 2 open houses, we went under contract in 4 days for over asking price. Who hasn’t seen the commercial for Ideal Agent on Television for “Top Local Agents”? Well, when it came time to sell our home in Lorton, Virginia, we decided to give Ideal Agent a call and see what they could do for us. We were quickly contacted by Jessica who listened to our objectives and then told us she would have an agent familiar with the area contact us. When you hire a Real Estate Agent you are not just hiring the agent, you are also hiring the company and in our case Property Collective. One thing that required extra care, was the fact that our home was tenant occupied throughout the contract period and Property Collective was sensitive to our tenant’s needs through all the inspection and minor repairs that needed to take place to complete the transaction. From the time we had an accepted offer to the completed sale of our home, Alicia was the agent that made it happen! She took care of all the coordination between all the various parties involved in the sale of a home.
