She made herself available and personally attended all showings, inspection and walk through. She was responsive to our questions. I think she is very good as our advocate in dealing with potential buyers and their agents. She tends to be somewhat conservative in pricing, but this does foster bidding wars and the house sold on the first day of showing. However, if one wants to be aggressive in pricing, you may have to push in setting the initial price and in negotiations. The promo materials only average.
