Couldn't have received better service, knowledge or direction from anyone else. Tanner is tops!

Can't say enough great things about Tanner and Black Tie Realty. He went above and beyond and got me way more out of my house and property than I had been quoted by another agent from another company. From the description to the pics of the property and house, everything was amazing. I think we had 6 showings lined up within an hour or so of him posting it and the first showing the following day I was offered full asking price and took it. Tanner is so knowledgable about comps and pricing correctly it just blew me away. He knows what the buyers and sellers are looking for and I am still working with him on 2 other properties.
