I actually met DJ through random chance while touring a condo complex, and was impressed by his knowledge of the area (midtown). So when it came time to purchase our new midtown condo I felt like he was the natural choice to guide us through that process. DJ was great! He is a part of a vast network of realtors, so he will probably hear about a new unit or house coming available before a lot of other agents 2. He answers your emails or texts within hours, if not minutes 3. If he doesn't know the answer he will put you in touch with someone who does 4. He will guide you through the process very smoothly. You never have to worry about missing something 5. On multiple occasions, he noticed something I did not, and he reached out to someone else to fix. I felt like he had our best interests in mind. 6. I never felt like he was "just trying to make a profit" off of our purchase. In fact, he showed us many properties well under our maximum price point. I definitely walked away feeling like he wanted us to find the best home for us, rather than the highest purchase price. 7. I'm not sure how long he's been a realtor, but it comes across like he has a ton of wisdom/experience. I trusted his input. 8. We weren't really certain what we were looking for and heavily deviated from our original plan, but DJ went with the flow. He wasn't at all pushy, which i was personally nervous about when choosing an agent. He really went on the home buying journey with us, listening to what we wanted. He was patient and helpful.
