Cynthia was wonderful to work with. She is very professional and really knows her job. She did a great job helping me sell my condo recently. She did her homework and knew what price to list it for. She also did a great job in staging the condo. We had 3 offers the first day and accepted an offer the second day. We listed it for more than similar condos and got more than our list price. This is the second time I have worked with Cynthia. Last year she helped my Mom find a new home to buy. That was also a very good experience. It's a pleasure to work with someone you can trust to have your best interest in mind!
