She is terrific. We downsized to a high rise condo and had not closed on a property in 30 years. We requested a viewing and Cynthia made an appointment us within 24 hours. When we arrived, she had met the building manager, had the layout of the building and was in the condo waiting for us. She pointed out areas that needed to be addressed with the seller and spent a lot of time explaining the next steps. We never felt rushed and she was so friendly and professional that we felt totally comfortable with her. We made an offer that was accepted and she held our hands through the whole process. Numerous phone calls, explanations and she walked us through everything, always will to meet to answer questions and reassure us, mostly me. She spent 3 hours at closing because I had made an error but she did not leave until she could personally hand us the keys.
