I heard about Cindy through a neighbor, but had no idea how much incredible value I was going to get through this reference. I needed to sell my home to move cross country to be closer to family. Cindy not only created the most professional marketing analysis for me (twice, 4 months apart), but won me over several other realtors with her kindness, intelligence, professional experience and practicality. She even documented her commission charges and rationale for the suggested listing price! Such a move is/was high-anxiety producing for me and Cindy became a huge resource for me in that area too. I received 9 offers over asking and she was enormously helpful in explaining the pros and cons of each, taking my big move into consideration. She took care of arranging for and handling final bills, last minute permit issues, staging my home with loaned items, and counseling me about working with a realtor on the other end. She volunteered to help me with things I didn't know would be helpful along this path of sale and moving. I can't even recall all the myriad of items she took care of with a simple and confident "No problem, I'll take care of that for you."
