I don't normally write review, but after working with Cyndi over the past 2 plus years, I simply decided I needed to share my experience. She sold my home in 2015 for the asking price within a week. Helped walk me through two other homes with expert advise. With her negotiating skills, I ended up purchasing a duplex below the appraised value in March.
