Cynthia Speers is the best. I know what I am saying. I have had to do with some very, very good realtors. She is THE best. I had moved out of a very nice "view" house in Kensington and was hoping to recreating something of that. So we looked at houses in Kensington, Berkeley, Oakland, Albany, El Cerrito. They were houses I could barely afford but really like, houses I could afford. She will drive you around as long as it takes. (She is the Mario Andretti of the Berkeley Hills. Doesn't really need GPS. My sixteen-year-old daughter begged for one more ride after we found a house.) She is a pleasure to be with. In the process, you will learn about the available houses and their prices. You will learn from Cynthia how to size up a house with a glance. She does not mince her words. All the time you are learning about the houses, she is learning about you. However long it takes, she will find the right fit. Nobody else.
