We had a very positive experience with Cynthia. We were selling our first home, and buying another, and didn't have much experience. Cynthia was very understanding, patient, and helped us to learn the ins and outs of our situation. She was always available for our questions, and helped us really get to a good place with the purchase of our new home. We met Cynthia when we first moved to Marshall and she helped us buy our home. When it came time to sell, there was no question that we'd use Cynthia again. We listed at a slow time in 2015 and Cynthia helped make sure our house was getting seen, by holding open houses and marketing our house frequently.
