The only reason Cindy received only 5 stars is because there is no 10 star rating. She was extremely professional, friendly, and calm throughout the entire stressful process. We were very fortunate to have her guidance and assistance during our sale and purchase. I would like to think we have gained a loyal friend for life and would highly recommend her, she will definitely be an asset for any of your real estate needs !
Cyndi. is. fantastic!!! My wife and I met Cyndi in a chance encounter when we were touring an open house. We immediately hit it off and mentioned to her that we were considering moving to Temecula. Well, long story short, by the end of that meeting, Cyndi was our realtor... and within a matter of hours, she had scheduled multiple tours for us over the next few days. Every step of the way, Cyndi became more and more fabulous. As we went through the process of touring homes, she considered our preferences and modified our viewings accordingly. She listened to all of our concerns, answered every question we asked, respected all of our preferences, and also encouraged us to keep our minds open. When we decided to make an offer, she guided us through the process with patience and flexibility. When our offer was accepted and we started the escrow process (aka piles and piles of paperwork), she was a constant source of information and comfort for us. She kept us on track and in line, while also making sure our concerns were being heard. She responded to every inquiry at lightning speed, and often with full paragraphs of valuable information. We asked a TON of questions, and she never, ever made us feel like we were an inconvenience or a nuisance. It was absolutely incredible working with someone who was so knowledgeable, skilled, kind, and reliable. Cyndi was the best realtor I have worked with. She’s very kind and professional. She helped us with the whole nerve wrecking process of selling our home. And we were extremely satisfied with the outcome. She went above and beyond to meet our needs and she was by our side at all times. Cyndi was an absolute pleasure to work with and I cannot recommend her enough! Her outstanding customer service, knowledge of the area, and willingness to help in ways I would never expect from a realtor are a statement to her character and professionalism. Buying a home in another state during Covid lockdowns is incredibly stressful. Cyndi exceeded all our expectations during this process. She provided fitting examples of homes that we might like in the area, was candid about the quality of the neighborhoods we were considering, and always was willing to get out to view homes we liked ASAP. This was critical in a tough market with homes getting listed and then offers made within a day or two. One example of Cyndi’s amazing customer service was after our first video tour of a home, my wife got a little motion sick. Cyndi went out and bought a steady-cam attachment for her phone so that every home tour after that, my wife could watch the video and not be sick. This is above and beyond customer service which aligns with everything else Cyndi demonstrated through our buying journey. Another example of her amazing customer service was an incident that happened after we closed. We were not moving in for 3+ weeks and learned that the sprinklers were on an automated Wi-Fi based controller. We lived over 16 hours away so we could not do anything about it. The home no longer had internet after the original owner moved out, so the sprinklers were no longer running. To make matters worse, this was in the middle of an extremely hot summer and the lawn was going to die. Cyndi drove out with her husband and manually ran the sprinklers for us until we could schedule internet installation. She saved our lawn, and it was green when we finally moved in. If we need to sell or buy a home in this area again, we will absolutely be utilizing Cyndi’s services again!
I cannot say enough good things about Cyndi Risco. She is not only a great realtor but a wonderful, kind, caring person. We recently listed my Mom's house in Temecula on a Tuesday and on Wednesday had 4 offers, two of which were $15,000 higher than the asking price. We accepted an offer and closed in a timely manner. Cyndi did everything that she could to make everything go smoothly, which it did. She is knowledgeable and always available for questions, etc. She kept us updated on a daily basis. Cyndi was instrumental not only in helping us find our first home at a great price but also helped us settle into the community. A true Murrieta native; Cyndi offered insight on potential listings and the surrounding neighborhood you wouldn't get from any other realtor not 100% vested in the community. Cyndi was always very communicative to us throughout the entire process. Cyndi has a great understanding of the VA loan process and was always available for any questions we had. Even 4 years after we moved in Cyndi is still a constant resource us; from recommending a good handyman to letting us know the best soccer league for the kids! We have recommended Cyndi to 5 if our friends and 4 of them have ended up buying homes in the area.
