First, let me say that Cindy is the full package! If you're looking for a knowledgable realtor who you can trust, it's Cindy. Cindy was referred to me by a friend, and another friend, and another lol we pretty much ALL love Cindy and keep recommending her to each other. As a single woman, I've been hesitate on buying a house. It's a big purchase to make on your own and I don't know enough to do it on my own...it scares me! But during the pandemic, I needed more space and I reached out to Cindy and told her I'm new and alone at this and will need some hand-holding :) And she guided me through the process from beginning to end. There were houses that I LOVED, but Cindy pointed out to me the serious problems with the house and recommend I didn't buy them. THIS is what you want from a realtor; this is what I NEEDED! And I wasn't in a rush to buy (I had plenty of time on my lease) so I felt like we looked at 100 houses and I must be an annoying client for her, but it was Cindy who told me that it's good that I'm not in a rush, and when I find the perfect home, I'll know it and she loves to see the excitement in her clients when they find their perfect home! And when I really did, Cindy helped with everything: the inspection, negotiations with the seller, my mortgage team- everyone that she recommended for me were phenomenal and made me wish I bought a house a loonnggg time again. It's almost a year since I closed on my house with Cindy, and I know if I had any questions or issues with my house, the first person I'm going to call is Cindy because I trust her to know the best roofers, plumbers, etc. in the biz! I HIGHLY recommend Cindy! She will start as your realtor, but end as a friend!

Cindy is the best of the best! We closed on our incredible home with her help in less than one month. And we were across the country for most of that time. She kept us appraised of every step of the process in a timely manner and was incredibly responsive. We trust Cindy because she gets the job done. She knows who to contact for a top notch and trust worthy general inspection and structural engineer inspection, and I'm confident with her years of experience in real estate and in the Philadelphia area she could help us with anything else we would have needed. It was the smoothest process.
