Securing the property in Cantaloupe Ave was the second transaction experience with Miss Penaflor. The last one we did with her was 8 months ago when she closed escrow in 9 days or less. We experienced an absolutely amazing and fully professional home purchasing situation with Cynthia. We suggested 2711 W Wyoming as a potential home purchase. She looked into the home, reviewing the realism of the asking price, neighborhood and general review of the outside visual of the home (curb appeal). She worked with the selling agent to ensure a smooth process was followed and also kept our best intentions in mind (i.e. ensuring buyer warranties etc.). She also, provided suggestions of lender that were able to beat our initial lender rates and or provisions (i.e. funding timing).
