Once we were able to put the property on the market, Cynthia provided excellent counsel regarding pricing, negotiation of multiple offers, and management of the closing process. Her careful attention to detail, organization, excellent judgment, dogged determination and exemplary diligence made the entire process not only manageable but enjoyable.
