Excellent Realtor/Broker, definitely a business woman with integrity !!!!!

I've known Cynthia Nemelka for about 16 years, as my realtor and ultimately my good friend. She's sold several homes of my mine and family members, as well as finding renters for my rental properties over the years. She has a wonderful calm about her and helps navigate her clients through a smooth real estate transaction. She's extremely congenial by nature but don't let her humor or friendliness underestimate her various talents. She's quite astute, knowledgable and quick on her feet to resolve any issues that arise with a calm demeanor always acting in the best interest of her clients. My family has recently moved out of state and I'll miss her, both professionally and personally. She is not only a gifted realtor/broker but also a stellar and compassionate person. It's hard to find a realtor these days that not only knows every angle of the business but one that demonstrates knowledge, honesty and integrity. I had an issue arise while we were in escrow with a house from out of state, and my daughter turned to me and said, "Mom, she isn't Cynthia - Cynthia is one of a kind". That says it all ....................
